First Aid

If you have children around the house you may be giving them a dose of arnica as often as once a day. It is amazing to see how effective a remedy is. Often I can see the effects of a remedy when for some reason I have not been able to give it to one of the children.

Bruises and Other Impact Injuries:
Arnica Montana Use first in all injuries including: shock, pain, bleeding, bruising, impact wounds. Helps repair damaged blood vessels and reduces swelling.
Hypericum Any injury in a nerve rich area: crushing injuries to fingers or toes, blows to head, spine, or coccyx.
Ledum For bruises after arnica, black eye
Bellis Perrenis Bruises, recommended for deep tissue injuries, Use after arnica.
Symphytum Used for direct and painful injury to eyeball. Best if alternated with arnica.
Ruta Bruises to the bone.
