First Aid
If you have children around the house you may be giving them a dose of arnica as often as once a day. It is amazing to see how effective a remedy is. Often I can see the effects of a remedy when for some reason I have not been able to give it to one of the children.
| Bruises and Other Impact Injuries: | | Arnica Montana |
Use first in all injuries including: shock, pain, bleeding, bruising, impact wounds. Helps repair damaged blood vessels and reduces swelling.

Any injury in a nerve rich area: crushing injuries to fingers or toes, blows to head, spine, or coccyx.

For bruises after arnica, black eye
| | Bellis Perrenis |
Bruises, recommended for deep tissue injuries, Use after arnica.
| | Symphytum |
Used for direct and painful injury to eyeball. Best if alternated with arnica.
| | Ruta |
Bruises to the bone.
