First Aid

Bee Sting:
Apis Try first, this remedy takes it's name and effects from the common honey bee.
Gentiana Lutea To be tried second especially if there is a certain amount of stiffness resembling paralysis of the neck.
Insect Bites:
Ledum Insect bites and spider bites.
Urtica Mosquito and other insect bites especially where there is a good bit of scratching, irritation, and red skin.
StingStop tm This gel includes several remedies in one gel. I am usually not found of the multi remedy solutions but this one proves to be effective.

Use your common sense:

If someone has been stung by a bee or wasp it is very important to make sure that they get to an emergency room immediately if there is any difficulty of breathing or extreme swelling.

Any bite from an animal or person is very prone to infection and medical attention should be sought. If the animal is a possible carrier of rabies than a health official will need the animal, if at all possible, for testing.
