How do I take a remedy?
Remedies work on an energetic level. Almost all of the tablets, pellets and granules are taken sublingually or under the tongue. Most tubes will tell the correct number of pellets that are to be placed under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. Often remedies have a cap that the pellets can be transferred into before dropping below the tongue.
Because remedies work on an energetic level it is important not to touch them when taking them. They are also sensitive to strong odors and direct sunlight. So it is important to remember this when taking them also.
When giving them to a child you can just put them in the child's mouth they will still work even if the child eats them, swallows them or chews them up. When giving to an infant the granules work best as they are the size of the head of a pin.
When giving remedies to a pet you may be able to get them to just lick them up out of the palm of your hand.
